When Faith Falls Apart: Composting Belief into TransformationÂ
 CLICK FOR SESSION DESCRIPTIONÂ
Before new life grows, something has to die.
In this session, writer and self-proclaimed “spiritual weirdo” Mike Morrell guides us through the raw terrain of spiritual unraveling and reconstruction.Â
Sharing his own journey from fundamentalism through deconstruction, Mike will guide us into what he calls contemplative composting—a process of honoring what has died in our spiritual lives, while reclaiming what still nourishes us.
Mike offers practical tools for sorting what to keep and what to release from our spiritual pasts, and speaks to the nervous system-level transformation needed to embody the love we long to live. He draws on Centering Prayer, the teachings of Gurdjieff, and even the Gospel of Mary Magdalene to invite us into a deeper kind of surrender—one rooted not in belief, but in belonging.
This session is a balm for those carrying church hurt, spiritual fatigue, or a hunger for something more real.
