ABOUT MOTHER MARIA: Revolutionary turned Russian Orthodox nun. Became the mayor of a Russian town; narrowly escaped execution; escaped to France where she practiced radical hospitality for refugees. Later she would save Jewish children from Nazis by hiding them in trash cans. She died in a concentration camp for her courageous work. Each small group session will take place 15 minutes after our masterclass ends (that is, Saturdays from 1:45-2:45pm EST). We'll start by settling in as a whole group, and then break into smaller groups of 3-4 people where you'll have questions to guide your conversation. Sessions will not be recorded to respect everyone's privacy.
